AdBlue :: ZVA Automatic Nozzle

Spill free delivery into the vehicle requires the use of an automatic trigger nozzle. The ZVA brand of nozzle is internationally renown as leaders in their field.

ZVA Automatic nozzles are produced entirely in Hamburg Germany and are recognised for their tough handling and reliability.

Designed specifically for AdBlue transfer applications the shut off device isolates the flow of fluid should the level in the tank reach the end of the delivery spout

As an additional feature, which many vehicle manufacturers (including Mercedes Benz) endorse, is the unique and patented Elafix40 fill collar.

If you are filling a vehicle with the ZVA AdBlue nozzle / Elafix40 system it is not possible to accidentally cross fill the diesel tank with AdBlue.

The ZVA AdBlue nozzle is available in two material options:

GreenChem Increase Production

Greenchem are proposing to increase their production of AdBlue in the UK by over 300%. The plant based near Manchester is operated by Multisol.
